I received sandals that are not sized correctly. This is my 3rd pair of Cushnaire sandals and all I've ordered size 9s. This pair came in and they are almost 3/4 inch smaller. I've reached out to support by email and I was asked to reply with pictures to see if they could help remedy the situation and I replied with pictures. No response back yet and that was more than a week ago. I've even forwarded the whole email thread to the support email again and still no response. Sadly disappointed and will never buy from the company again.

Super comfortable and affordable. They feel very similar to Birkenstocks without the hideous price. I 100% recommend these for those "ballin' on a budget" and they look fantastic with a sundress.
These shoes look and feel like a much more expensive shoe. I had bunion surgery last year, so I no longer have a super wide foot but I need good arch supports to prevent a bunion on my other foot from getting worse. These shows fit great and are true to size. I wear a 7.5 (8 in Brooks) and the 7.5 fit perfectly. The upper is leather and the sole is soft suede. I will be wearing these everywhere—they are so cute and comfortable and well made!
These are super comfortable, fit perfect, and look great. The only thing I don't care for is they are not leather.
Very comfortable but had to keep returning. I’m a size 9 and it took until size 11 to fit perfectly to where my heel isn’t touching the back. For my size 9 girlies, hope this helps!

When I say these are the MOST comfortable shoes I own. The soft footbed is literally more comfortable than actual birkenstalks. They will turn black over time but breaking them in was almost instant and feels like memory foam. I could wear them at an amusement park all day. And for a quarter of the price! Both straps are adjustable which is amazing because I have really high arches. And the half size option is what sold me because a 7 is always too small and an 8 is always too big. I have this brand in the slip on mules as well and I don’t think I’ll ever need or want to pay for the brand name

These sandals are beautiful. The color is a gorgeous, rich brown and they look expensive. I am so 71/2 and ordered an 8 an it fits perfectly. They are amazingly comfortable as all cushionaire shoes are. I will probably be wearing them every day. These make wonderful gifts, who wouldn't love a pair?
The shoe on the bottom is three years old; the shoe on top is brand new. This is the third pair I have gotten because I love them so much! (Admittedly, I wear the original pair the most because they are so broken in and comfy.)I have a wide foot, and I get the 9 wide. You will not regret this choice.

These are my new favorite shoes. They are super cute and feel like they will hold up for at least a while. They feel sturdy enough. The leather feels like leather. They are comfortable. The way Birkenstocks are. I had to loosen the lower buckle one strap, but they are still perfect and cute.
Couldn't bring myself to spend $100 on Birks in this whack economy so I bit the bullet when I caught these on sale.They are so cute and immediately comfortable! I have a pretty flat foot with little arch and these are so supportive and amazing, but not so much that it hurts. I love the padding in the sole. No break in period required! The shoes aren't in any way abrasive.They seem pretty durable and well made. I love that there's such a wide variety of colors and styles to choose from, so I'll definitely be ordering more!I measured by foot to compare to sizing guide and did have to order a half size up. I recommend measuring beforehand as doing so ensured they fit perfectly!
My $140 Birkenstocks barely lasted 2 summer seasons before the cork began crumble and the leather began to break. I couldn’t bring myself to spend that much again knowing I only get one really good season out of them. These look exactly like Birks and are way more comfortable right out of the box. They have substantial heel cushion, which is such a relief if you have heel issues. They will probably only last one season, which is fine with me because it’s expected and getting a new pair next year is still less expensive than getting Birks every 2 years. If you want the *same* fit as your Birkenstocks, go half a size up and choose wide.
These are my FAV sandals! I’ve purchased 3 so far in black and I’m thinking of buying the white ones eventually. I keep one in my trailer, one for home, and one for the beach. They’re super comfortable and I can walk in them for hours. I really love that you can buy them in wide for added comfort!
These are amazing. I got a pair for Christmas, and now my mom got a pair. She says it’s like walking on air! They are so easy to slip on and off. You can also adjust the arch. I highly recommend.
These sandles are definitely more comfy than Birkenstocks! I’ve had Birkenstocks for years as I love them! These are definitely so comfortable. I would definitely size .5 up though I’m usually a 8 and got an 8.5 as some reviews said to go up a size and I did and thankfully I did! Definitely will be purchasing more colors of these!

Can’t beat the price of these shoes for the comfort and look. I work on my feet most of the day and I was a little worried they wouldn’t be comfortable enough to wear all day, but I was wrong. No complaints so far, and I like the color a lot! I did return them for a half size up but now they fit great!
These are sooooo comfortable and im OBSESSED. I usually wear a 10 1/2 in sneakers but always size up a little when it's sandals or flip flops so I have that little bit behind my heel and my heel doesn't just line up with the back up the sandal. I found these because I have wide feet and wanted a wide foot sandal. I'm so happy I found this brand. The pair with the section for your big toe I found to be more comfortable for me personally than the ones with the 2 straps that go straight over the foot
