These Jelly’s are the perfect addition to my summer turning to fall wardrobe, and they are far better than those 1980’s jelly that tore your feet up! Cushionaire not only brought back a retro wardrobe staple, but gave it comfort as well! These run true to size. The insert on the sole gives a little cushion and arch support. The jelly is flexible and not stiff, and I can slip my foot in and out without needing to buckle. The color goes with so much- being a mid-dark brown/tortoise color.

SIZE 8.5/9 fits great on a size 8/8.5 foot.***UPDATE AFTER WEARING: These shoes are really only as comfy as a plastic shoe with some padding can be. When I was a kid, I could run and play for hours in my jelly shoes. I’ve been seeing these style shoes everywhere so when I came across them, I just had to know what the hype was about. Honestly, I’m very impressed with the comfort of them. The soles are very cushioned and comfy, and the jelly mesh style molds comfortably and supportively to your feet. They’re ever comfortable to walk in. In cushionaire I consistently size up 0.5 from my usual, and having sized up, they fit as expected. They’re an interesting style, the standard marg Jane jelly ballet flat, but the angle of toes and the buckle do seem to elevate them a bit form others I’ve seen, and the quality is very good so I think that also stands apart form others I’ve seen. They’re nice and grippy when you’re walking to - I had tried one style before that was really slippery. The only thing I would note is that the jelly material has a bit of an odor when you first open it, so I did actually place them outside in the sun for a while and that got rid of it.

I am so on board with this jelly trend! I’d been eyeing a pair of Cushionaire ones for a while and I’m so glad that I pulled the trigger on these! The mocha color is beautiful and looks great with my skin tone. I love a nude colored shoe because it matches every single outfit and makes your legs look slightly longer without having a heel. The strap and buckle don’t provide support, but are a nice detail and addition. I am typically a size 7.5 and got the 7-7.5 because I think clear shoes would look silly if there’s too much extra room in the toe bed. They are just a tad snug, but they stretch so well that it isn’t a problem. I love so much about these shoes, including the cushioned footbed, but I am SO bummed that every time you step you hear the air leaving the cushioned footbed. It definitely takes away from how classy and cute these are.
