Thai Vegan Leather Platform Sandals

I was excited to order these CUSHIONAIRE Thai 100% Genuine Leather Sandals just in time for spring weather.The upper part says they are made of Thai leather and the rest is man made materials made in China. The suede leather does feel soft and is of nice quality. There are gold colored metal studs attaching the upper portion to the soles. There is a thin cushion on the part where your heel rests. I'm not positive if this part is real leather, but it looks like the rest. It does provide some amount of cushion. The bottom portion looks like wood but it's made of some type of plastic or hard rubber material.The leather upper is very soft and feels nice on my foot. I didn't notice any rubbing or hard edges. I can't attest to how they feel after wearing them for a few hours because they are simply too big. I typically wear a size 7 and that's what I ordered, but these are way too big. My kid who has a size 8 foot, with a bunion on one side, fit into them easily. I don't know if the pair I received is labeled incorrectly or if they truly do run a whole size larger than they should. Unfortunately, neither one of us will be wearing them.The price would have been good if they were appropriately sized. I'm very disappointed that they aren't since I can't exchange them.

These sandles fit true to size and feel well made. The heel is a nice height for everyday wear and are suprisingly comfortable.The leather is soft and has a traditional smell that is a bit strong at first but dissipates to a more subtle smell as you wear them.The colors are neutral enough to go with a variety of outfits and they aren't to heavy. I did find that the leather was a bit wide for my foot making the sandle feel slightly loose in the width. Also, there is not much traction on the bottom of the sandle.
